Trostpflaster is a simple reward system for practices: after the appointment, the practice team hands the child a token. The child drops the token into the capsule toy vending machine, turns the handle and receives a toy capsule with a little surprise inside.

The machine is entirely mechanical. Insert the token, turn the handle, take out the capsule. There's no electronics, no display and no software.

Tokens let the practice decide who gets a capsule. The machine isn't freely usable by passers-by, and handing over the token turns the reward into a personal gesture from the team.

Unlock the machine, open the compartment, top up with new capsules, close it again. This usually takes just a few minutes.
